Order and Shipping Information: |

All shipping charges are for
UPS ground
in the 48 United States. Canada,
Hawaii and Alaska will be more. Please contact
us for the additional fees before ordering!
Black Mountain Shipping Department
We ship all
orders the most efficient way possible. We use PAYPAL for
our payment processor. All orders in stock are usually shipped
within two business days and sent via UPS ground.
COD orders
are accepted with a $9.50 additional fee. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, only
money orders or cashiers' checks accepted.
Back Orders
Items now in stock will be
shipped when available. Back order items are indicated in the back
order column and are not charged to the customer until the item is
shipped.
Special Orders
Please call us to place an
order for a non-stocked item. These ‘special orders’ must be prepaid
in full. Special orders are non-returnable. If the item is for a
specific vehicle, please have the year, make, and model of vehicle
ready when ordering. Delivery time on special orders varies.
Return Policy
All returns must be
authorized before sending the item back to us. Please call us
directly in order to request authorization. All returns must be
accompanied by the original receipt and contain original packaging.
Returns may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Sorry, no cash
refunds. Sorry, no returns after 90 days.
Sales Tax
California residents add
current applicable tax.
Warranty
Black Mountain Precision
offers a one-year warranty on all of its products for defects in
material and workmanship. Any product found defective will be
replaced at no charge.
Freight Policy
We will ship by the most
economical carrier. Most orders are shipped UPS ground.
Claims
Any shortage in shipment
must be filed with Black Mountain within 5 (five) business days of
receipt of shipment. Claims for items damaged in transit must be
filed directly with the carrier.
Please note
PayPal is our payments processor and will show up on your statement
as such.
